After the patent technology of Shanghai Wuzheng Co., Ltd. and Shandong Runchang Engineering Design Co., Ltd. completed the detailed design of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng “50,000 tons/year synthetic tail gas ethylene glycol energy-saving project” after more than two years of intense construction and construction Finally blossomed.

 (1) Hualu Hengsheng signed a “Feasibility Study Report on the Energy Saving Project of 50,000 Tons/year Synthetic Tail Gas to Ethylene Glycol in Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd.” with Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering in June 2009.

(2) Hualu Hengsheng signed a “Patent Design and Technical Service Contract for Basic Design of 50,000 Tons/year Synthetic Tail Gas Ethylene Glycol Plant of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd.” with Shanghai Wuzheng Engineering in September 2009.

(3) In March 2010, Wuzheng submitted Hualu Hengsheng “Processing Software Package for 50,000 tons/year synthetic tail gas ethylene glycol plant”.

(4) In November 2010, Wuzheng submitted Hualu Hengsheng “Basic Design of 50,000 tons/year synthetic tail gas ethylene glycol plant”.

(5) In February 2011, we discussed the technical annex of the “Supply Contract for Catalyst Supply of Ethylene Glycol Unit for 50,000 Tons/year Synthetic Tail Gas”.

(6) In March 2011, Wuzheng submitted the detailed design information of Hualu Hengsheng.

(7) After the completion of construction in August 2011, Hualu Hengsheng completed the internal handover.

(8) On July 2, 2012, Hualu Hengsheng announced that it “opened up the process and tested the production of qualified ethylene glycol products”.
